Returns Policy

At Baff Candle Limited, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to return or exchange a product. Please review our return policy below for guidance on how to proceed:

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
    • Products eligible for return include candles, essential oils, and diffusers purchased directly from Baff Candle Limited.
    • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
    • Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of purchase.
  2. Return Process:
    • If you wish to initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Support@baffcandle.co.uk to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
    • Once you receive your RA number, securely package the item(s) and include the RA number on the outside of the package.
    • Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
  3. Refund or Exchange:
    • Upon receiving the returned item(s), our team will inspect the products to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.
    • If the return is approved, we will process a refund to the original method of payment or offer an exchange for a replacement item, as per your preference.
    • Refunds are typically processed within 3 -5 working days after receiving the returned item(s).
  4. Exceptions:
    • Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition.
    • Personalized or customized items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  5. Damaged or Defective Items:
    • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately upon receipt.
    • Provide details and, if possible, photos of the damaged or defective item(s) to expedite the resolution process.
    • We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
